Lossless export for design workflows
Turn iPhone HEIC files into PNG for transparent overlays, annotation tools, and pixel-perfect editing on desktop.
Photo conversion stays on your device. Speed and batch capacity depend on the files, browser and available memory.

At most three files are processed at once. Large images can still exceed your browser's available memory.
Export to JPG, PNG, WebP, or combine scans into one multi-page PDF.
PNG avoids the additional lossy compression used by JPG, making it useful for screenshots, markup, design reviews, and repeated edits.
PNG stores the rendered pixels without the additional lossy compression used by JPG. It does not recover information already compressed into the HEIC source, but it avoids adding a new lossy stage to an editing workflow.
This makes PNG useful for screenshots, diagrams, annotations, and images that will be saved repeatedly while work is in progress.
Photographs contain complex color variation that PNG cannot compress as efficiently as HEIC or JPG. A larger output is therefore expected and does not indicate that the conversion added visual detail.
Use a single sample to estimate storage needs before converting hundreds of photos, and switch to JPG or WebP when delivery size matters more than lossless editing.
Each completed preview now reports dimensions, input/output bytes and measured conversion time. Download the local conversion report to compare files without sending the report to this site. PDF timing covers image preparation, not final document assembly. Use the conversion verification checklist for metadata, quality and browser limitations.
If you want to stop creating HEIC files going forward, iPhone has a camera setting for that. Open Settings > Camera > Formats, then select Most Compatible to save new photos as JPG. If you already have a library of HEIC images, converting them to JPG or PNG is the fastest way to make them usable in older desktop apps, email attachments, and upload forms.
